Truth about cardio!

I work out at a local YMCA 4-5 times a week and it always amazes me
when I see how much time people spend on cardio. Did you know
that lifting weights and building muscle tissue is much more
effective than cardio.

You want to lose weight it's imperative that you build muscle mass.
It does not matter if your male or female. You want to replace your
fat tissue with lean muscle mass.

You can cardio all day long if you want. But, to take massive
strides losing weight, you need to add muscle tissue.

You will be able to receive the same benefits as cardio, but your
building muscle mass; which just helps burn fat tissue faster.

Stick to the weights and give cardio a rest and check your body
composition in three weeks. I bet you see a better physique.
